1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk35 ("pk35", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk35 website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating a pk35 account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any service offered by pk35, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk35. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pk35 Platform, associated with your verified CNIC and payment details.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your pk35 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted to a player by pk35 subject to the specific terms of that promotion.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan, used for identity verification purposes.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of PKR funds from a Player's designated payment method into their pk35 Account Balance.
• "Platform" means the pk35 website at pk35.bet, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming, betting, and account management services provided therein.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the pk35 Platform is restricted, blocked, or unlawful under applicable local laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible PKR funds from a Player's pk35 Account Balance to their designated payment method.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a pk35 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pk35 enforces age verification through CNIC submission at registration. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with our license conditions.
2. You must be a human individual registering on your own behalf. Corporate registrations, automated registrations, and accounts created by agents or third parties on behalf of others are strictly prohibited.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid PKR payment method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. You must not already hold an existing active or suspended pk35 account. pk35 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy verified by CNIC, device fingerprint, and payment method.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction before registering.

pk35 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a clear photograph of your CNIC, a selfie with CNIC, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary restriction of withdrawals.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk35 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk35 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pk35 account on your behalf.
• You must notify pk35 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, loss of your password, or any security breach related to your account.
• pk35 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to safeguard your credentials or where you voluntarily shared access with another person.
• pk35 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. You will be notified by your registered contact details where possible.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk35 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk35 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• pk35 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk35 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your pk35 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals submitted before KYC completion will be queued and processed once verification is approved.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. During peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• pk35 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis for a compliance or fraud review.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the pk35 Platform. Specific rules for individual games — including cricket betting, Dragon Gate, Rummy, slots, and live casino games — are published within each respective game or betting section of the Platform.

• All bets placed on pk35 are final once confirmed. pk35 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error on our part has demonstrably resulted in an incorrect bet being placed.
• pk35 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of corrupted odds, a system error, or after the relevant event has concluded or a market has been suspended.
• In the event of a disputed outcome for any sports betting market, pk35 will use official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets) as the definitive result.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and player account tier.
• All slot games and casino games on pk35 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.
• pk35 reserves the right to restrict bet placement on any market at any time without prior notice, including during periods of high-volume activity or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk35 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms stated in each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your pk35 account and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's individual terms at the time of opt-in.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per CNIC, per device, and per payment method. pk35 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus where evidence of duplicate account creation is found.
• pk35 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will retain the terms applicable at the time of opt-in unless a correction is required due to a technical error.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements, or used in combination with other offers unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• pk35 reserves the right to review any account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — is suspected. Where confirmed, all related bonus winnings may be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk35 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Creating more than one account, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or unintended loophole to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account behaviour in any way not sanctioned by pk35.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game where such collusion would constitute cheating.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk35 staff or other players through any channel including support chat, email, or social media.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with any part of the pk35 infrastructure, database, or software systems.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk35 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time through their account settings. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period. Loss limits are enforced in real time and cannot be overridden within the cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may enable session time reminders that notify them of how long they have been active on the Platform during any single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: pk35 sends automated account activity summaries to players who have been active for extended periods without breaks.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk35 Platform — including but not limited to the pk35 brand name, logo, graphics, interface design, game content, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pk35 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pk35 Platform or its content without prior written consent from pk35.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any content from the pk35 Platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to pk35 may be used by pk35 without obligation of compensation or attribution.

11 Privacy & Data

pk35 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the pk35 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected at registration — including your name, CNIC, mobile number, and payment details — is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• pk35 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by our license conditions or applicable law.
• All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption. pk35 maintains data security practices consistent with the requirements of our international gaming license.

12 Platform Availability

pk35 aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Scheduled maintenance periods, during which the Platform or specific services may be temporarily unavailable. pk35 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
• Unplanned outages resulting from technical failures, third-party service disruptions, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events beyond pk35's reasonable control.
• Connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile network interruptions, ISP restrictions, or device-level failures.

In the event that a bet is interrupted mid-placement or a game session is disconnected due to a Platform fault, pk35 will review the affected session and apply a fair resolution in accordance with our disconnection policy, which is detailed in the relevant game rules section of the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk35's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pk35 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• pk35 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own device.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk35's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

pk35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy including the Responsible Gaming Policy or Privacy Policy.
• Where pk35 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Where the player is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false identity information at any stage.
• Where a player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions of these Terms.
• Where the player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the account management section of the Platform.
• Where pk35 is required to do so by order of a regulatory body, court, or law enforcement authority.

On closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining eligible cash balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk35 will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address, and will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with the revised effective date.

Your continued use of the pk35 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

16 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

pk35 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pk35 Platform, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the complaint, the relevant date and time, and your account username. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: pk35 will conduct a full internal review of your complaint within 7 business days of acknowledgement and will provide a written response via your registered contact details.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pk35's internal resolution, you may escalate the complaint to the dispute resolution body designated by our international gaming license authority. Details of the escalation process will be provided in pk35's written response to your complaint.

pk35 does not participate in mediation or arbitration processes outside of those mandated by our gaming license authority. Any legal proceedings against pk35 must comply with the governing law provisions set out in Section 18.

17 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

18 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk35 holds its international gaming license.

By using the pk35 Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable local law.
